This summer, I've had the misfortune of bats deciding to make their home in my home's attic. I called WEWS, and Mark was out to my house that very afternoon. Mark inspected the attic and external roof and provided a proposal for the bat's safe removal and clean-up/remediation. As promised, Josh was at the site the next day and did a great job installing devices to exclude the bats, sealing up any entryways and then executing the cleanup.   Josh was very, very quick to reply to my late-night, online request for an inspection and he was at my house the next day, in the morning! (I prefer to work with companies that actually use modern methods of communication. So many still think the telephone between 8AM and 5PM is the only way to communicate.) Josh accessed the situation and thoroughly explained how he would solve the problem, the warranty and the cost. I agreed and then he started work immediately. For the second visit to my home, he communicated well about the scheduling and he arrived on time. He was professional and efficient, and the cost was reasonable. I am very happy with the service provided by WildHawk Elite Wildlife Services.

  Mark and the WildHawk Elite Wildlife Services team are professional, prompt, and honest. I recommend them to anyone dealing with an unwanted wildlife! I had an issue with some critters burrowing holes along the side of my house. I had heard armadillos can be of particular concern here due to the potential to cause foundation damage. I called WEWS on a Tuesday evening and Mark worked with my tough schedule to get out here asap the next morning. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was professional and courteous throughout our interactions.He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes! It ended up being a different issue but instead of upselling me on some service I don’t need, he gave me great advice and guidance on how to rid the pests ourselves. It is rare to find a company so honest and candid with their customers. I am very appreciative and would gladly give them my business down the road.

  On the way to take my daughter to school driving through the neighborhood close by my daughter saw a deer caught in a fence. I of course knew we couldn't help the Doe so a couple of Guys pulled up to help. The guys from Wild Hawk jumped out and literally lifted the Doe from between the fence in less than 5mins Safely!!! The doe ran into the wooded area unharmed and free!!! Glad they were in the area at the right time!! Thanks so much for your kind hearts to stop and lend a hand!
